What follows is a description of a patient's symptoms.
I looked up the following:
initial clinical presentation = 初期臨床症状
hospital presentation = "hospital arrival"
When it is "Initial Hospital Presentation",
does the word "presentation" mean
symptoms or arrival?
Is there any standard translation for the term?
I'll appreciate any help.

It is estimated that about 1.3 million Americans are hospitalized each year with NSTE ACS. While patients with acute ST-segment elevation MI are at higher risk of dying within 30 days of their hospital stay, patients with NSTE ACS actually have a higher risk of dying six months and one year after initial hospital presentation.

この後さらに、同じ形式、同じ患者のレポートがクライアントから届いたのですが、このサブタイトルはどうやら「どういう場所、タイミング」でアセスメントが行われたのかを示すものであるようです。
ですからyuzourenさんの
「初回来院」時のレポート…という解釈が一番しっくりくると思ったわけです。

I think this means " symptom(s) complained by the patient or comfirmed by the doctor when the patient visit the hospital first time".
I'm not sure "初診時現症" is a standard translation or not, but it's used by the same situation in some case reports. And some other expressioins could be used like "初診時主訴", "初診時所見".

These 2 terms essentially mean the same thing.
In this case, "presentation" means symptoms ON arrival.
If you wanted to distinguish the two terms, you could perhaps use "来院時（の）症状."

I would just like to add that, contrary to another Asker's response, this IS absolutely related to symptoms in the case of your doc., because of the context you provided when posting the question. That is:
"This is a subtitle of a medical assessment report.
What follows is a description of a patient's symptoms."
In other words, unless you are of the 直訳派, I think it is entirely appropriate to include 症状 in your eventual translation, whatever that may be, as the implied meaning is "Patient's symptoms upon arriving at hospital for the first time."
In this case, "presentation" means symptoms ON arrival.
If you wanted to distinguish the two terms, you could perhaps use "来院時（の）症状."
