I am asking here because internet translators give me the japanese translation in symbols and I need to obtain the actual WORD, how this is written with letters.

In general the condition of being "fervent" in Love is "恋に狂う koi-ni-kuruu". So... "恋狂う恋人koi-kuruu-koibito" is more preferable in this case.

Comment: "I am not looking to say Madly in love... its the person.... "PASSIONATE OR FERVENT LOVER" which are the words I need."

If this is related to violent then = 激烈な(げきれつ)/ 烈烈な(れつれつ)is appropriate.

: I think "fervent" means ”strongly in love" in the case of Love, than "violent"...

There are a few ways to say this, here are a couple:
netsuretsuna koibito: 熱烈な恋人
jounetsutekina koibito: 情熱的な恋人

For an internet account, how about koigurui (恋狂い). It¥'s nice and short, and fairly easy to say.
