Does "何時にても" mean "at the seller's convenience"? And, does "甲の計算において任意に処分" mean the seller is to dispose of the goods in anyway he sees fit and then calculate what it cost him?
We're talking about a huge container. I'm guessing it is going to cost the seller a large sum to have it stored at the container yard, so if the buyer doesn't pick it up for some reason, he wants to make sure that he isn't stuck with the bill.

I think 同時において here is a time reference for when 甲 can dispose of the container, so "at his convenience" may actually be adding a nuance to the translation ('convenience' needn't always refer to time). For the second part of the question, I think that's correct - the seller may choose to dispose of the container by whatever means and at whatever cost he chooses, and can then charge the 乙.
