My first guess was "dowel timer", but this doesn't make much sense, and I couldn't find any matches on Google in English.
Second guess: Dowell timer, maybe a timer designed by someone named Dowell, no matches either...
Third guess: dual timer? But the katakana seems wrong to be "dual"...
Any ideas??

カタカナはおかしいけど、ドゥエルタイマーじゃないですか？
Some kinda CNC dual 'timer' - CPU for de-coupling separate operations of a CNC machine.
