The DECEL command specifies the deceleration interval preceding a stop.
Your translation isn't even close enough to qualify for 直訳.

: I like the translation. However, the Japanese text does not make it clear if the values (指令値)in DECEL command are time (e.g. sec.), acceleration (e.g. m/s), or something else.
