具体的には、まず参加者に対して、プログラムが自分のキャリアライン上に常に位置づけられるようなビジョン Specifically, {something} picks up visions for the participants from... 説明: "Specifically, {something} picks up visions for the participants from the alumni network that allow the program to be constantly positioned on the career path {of each participant}." I think that the problem here is that, while "program" (because of the が particle attached) appears to be the main subject, it is actually only the subject of the passive/potential 位置づけられる. There is an unstated or elided main subject here that I have translated as "{something}," but may be "something" else, if you'll forgive the pun/親父ギャグ. Additionally, I took the liberty of making the end of the sentence a little clearer by changing: "...on their career paths." to "...on the career path {of each participant}," but this is not necessary, I suppose. |

Sugestion (I cant enter the whole words) here 説明: The term was too long to enter on the answer box, so I'll write it in the explanation bos. The text can be literary translated as follows: "To be specific, firstly/first of all, the program pick up/select suggestions/offers vision(s) from alumini network, on which its participants can/could/are able to position on their (perspective) career path on the constant basis." Whic means, through the "almini networt," company workers are offered a program (of training) that they can set their perspective visions of their future career path (on ptomotion basis) in their company For wording of the translation, please have a look at the links below. I hope this will help. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2004-02-04 01:47:02 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Oops, I tend to mis-spell words all the time!
