By using the developed simulator, the methods to make effective use of PV power is investigated based on the travel data of a real vehicle if all these were changed into EV. As a result, when designing complex system specifications of EV and PV, the PV rate of electric consumption in EV and the EV usage rate of PV were defined as the indicators representing the reduction effects of CO2 and the economic efficiency. In addition, by using these indicators, it is clear that you can design the installation location and area of the PV, and the storage battery capacity of the EV in accordance with the EV usage.

These values are used when the commander is upset.
Morale value is the strength of will to continue the fight, mental value is the spiritual tendency and upset adjustment value is the degree the damage of the fleet affecting the upset judgment. 1:8 means upset adjustment: the number of damaged vessels, if you lost 8 units or more, you get 1 on your upset adjustment value. In addition, the numerical value that becomes the pair of 1 also represents the number of damage caused by the upset judgment.
