Buonasera a tutti.

Ho trovato quest'espressione nel seguente contesto: marito e moglie discutono di una marachella combinata dalla figlia adolescente (ha rubato un capo d'abbigliamento in un negozio). Il padre la colpevolizza mentre la madre cerca di giustificarla dicendo che l'adolescenza femminile è un periodo molto ricco di ragazzate (come ovviamente anche quella maschile, ma qui si parla nello specifico di ragazze). La madre poi continua dicendo che anche lei ci è passata da quel periodo e che è stato molto stressante perché le ragazze sono particolarmente sottoposte a pressioni esterne e ne menziona tre in particolare senza però dare ulteriori informazioni in merito: "wear those clothes, buy those shoes, tag this bus". Il marito le risponde: "Tag this bus? What are you?" e lei ribatte dicendo: "Non ho detto d'averlo fatto, ho solo detto che era stressante. E poi era un vecchio autobus."
A cosa potrebbe riferirsi quel "tag this bus" secondo voi? Purtroppo non altro contesto da fornire, altrimenti lo farei volentieri.

Sarebbe il graffitaggio ma userei un generico "imbrattare".

Le tag (e o qualunque altra forma di scritta), che costituiscono la maggior parte dei “lavori“ dipinti su muri cittadini, mezzi di trasporto, cartelli stradali, panchine, ecc., sono invece una vera e propria forma di vandalismo e rappresentano un notevole danno economico per l’Amministrazione e per i Privati.

il termine letterale sarebbe mettere la firma su bus ma in italiano si usa in generale, mettere firma, numero di telefono, cuori con x ama y etc E' una bravata che fanno soprattutto le ragazze ma non solo
