“Co-term” in this contex is short for Co-termination of Licanse Date, as shown in the following URL.

For this term I think 期間調整 is more suitable.
ライセンス統合 means combining of multiple licensing contracts into one. By doing so you can expect more discount and easier contract management. On the other hand, you loose the option to reduce the number of license.
期間調整 is only to extend the shorter license term to have same termination date with longer one. Contracts are left as separated thus you can reduce the number of license by cancelling one of the contracts. Yet you can still expect larger discount.

As Oikawa-san was kind enough to point out, while ライセンスの統合 (combining licenses) can indeed result in co-termination, it is not the act itself. His term (期間調整) is more fitting. However, I will leave my suggestion here in case you determine that the usage of co-term in the letter was in fact referring to combining the licenses, thus leading to co-termination.
