"Anata wa nani_za umare desuka?"
Key word is "nani_za".
Nani means "what".
"Za" in this context is obvious. It is referred to the constellation, particularly any of the twelve constellations used for zodiac sign.
"Umare" in this context is also clear. It means "born under".
In very casual conversation among close friends and colleagues, just main part would do (means both first and last parts -- in parenthesis -- can be omitted).
