If you look at the urinary T-bets in lupus nephritis, we found the proliferative lupus nephritis patients have a higher expression of T-bet compared with the membranous nephritis. When we tried to associate with the SLED activity index, we found there is actually a positive correlation of urinary T-bet with the SLE disease activity index, SLEDAI. If you look at the histological activity index, we also found a positive correlation with the urinary T-bet expression with the histological activity index. If we actually separate the urinary T-bet into high urine T-bet and low urine T-bet, and cut it off by 3 times higher – that means it is high, and then below that is low – we found that the high T-bet patients actually have a much lower survival-free flare compared with low T-bet. And this is a systemic flare, and with the renal flare, the same pattern is also identified.
