I would say that these would be some words that can be used to express the term にあたって in your title. I think it would depend the tone of your document (whether formal or informal language is used).

質問者： Yes, thanks Joyce. I had put regarding but was wondering whether there was an actual legal term, as it's a fairly formal document

賛成  MariyaN (X): If the document is more of informative letter of advertising kind, it doesn't look like this にあたってcan be omitted in this case.
