日本語の用語またはフレーズ 遊びどころ
Context: 大分は、外国人旅行者に最もオススメできる観光地域です。なぜなら、代表的な日本の歴史・文化・自然が凝縮していて、「見どころ」「遊びどころ」「食べどころ」そして日本的な「おもてなし」を短期間で同時に体験できるからです。

Thanks in advance.

You can see my answer for 食べどころ.
Since we don't use "play" in English they way the Japanese use 遊び, it is probably best to say "things to do"

See the website bellow "things to do and places to stay"

賛成  Shelley Gehret Sechler: These suggestions often used also with "things to see." allysonroad's answer is the most colloquial tone for tourism writing. Another option: "What to do"

-> Yes, that is another option "what to see, what to do, where to eat". Thanks.

Fun places / Fun spots / Places to have fun

説明:
With your 3 phrases 「見どころ」「遊びどころ」「食べどころ」I believe that 遊びどころ are those places where you can have fun! :-)

Depending on how you are structuring the other two, I think
Fun places!, Fun spots! or Places to have fun! can work for you.

Amusement is a possibility but it reminds me too much of "amusement parks" which would be too limiting.
