agree  Oscar Romagnone: Rileggendo il passo in effetti mi pare che l'istituto in questione sia proprio quello della "Decadenza" che consente a una delle due parti il beneficio di esercitare uno o più diritti entro un termine limitato, scaduto il quale, i diritti vengono meno.
