I want to translate the last half as "we are engaged in a wide range of activities," but I can't think of a way to translate "キーワードに" into natural English. "With 'health' as a keyword" sounds weird. "Keeping health in mind" doesn't sound right to me.

Yes when you use "keyword" in its straight phasevalue, sure it makes awkward English.

Before internet became so prevelent, their preferred expression was "theme", e.g. "kenkou wo theme ni".
