thanks, Bill, cancel a cancellation popped up in my mind when I first saw the phrase. I guess maybe a provider for Internet or maybe mobile phones.

Undo Cancellation

Of course, I'm just making this up, but with the prevalence of Microsoft software and the resulting frequent use of the term "undo" in our daily life, this might be an easy-to-understand way of expressing something that is quite confusing.
Just a thought...

I should add that I'm assuming this is going to be used on a web site, which means people are going to be on their computers when they see this. If not (i.e. this is being printed on paper), "undo" would be very inappropriate.

Also, depending on how you translate 「解約」, that term should replace the term "Cancellation".

reinstate the service/subscription

A very interesting question!!! Indeed, the 解約 is cancellation, and "cancel the cancellation" just doesn't sound right.

You want to say "解約取り消し" here..., but there are a number of ways to describe this depending on the circumstances.

If this means that a customer changes his/her heart and takes back a cancellation request, that can be "withdraw the cancellation (request/notice).

If, for some reason some authority decides particular customer, whose subscription service was (prematurely) terminated, may continue to use the service, this could be "revoke/rescind the cancellation".

Since the circumstances are not important here (I think you just want to describe the user status) - "reinstate the subscription" sound very neutral to me.
