Is there any site where i can download frequently translated documents (greek-English) such as tax returns, certificates etc.?

What you may need is a list of parallel corpora. I'm not aware of one specifically for what you are looking for but please find below a list of parallel corpora available in Greek as well.

There have been a few translators who have already done that such as Spiros Doikas-provided alternative quasi-corpora sites.

Or you can look for parallel information after doing an advanced search at Google (for example by defining your search with a popular and authoritative site/domain, eg .eu) or by looking at PDFs (by choosing .pdf as your format in advanced google search).

Parallel corpus is still not very much developed with Greek as a parallel language.

It is interesting to know what you need them for. Gaining experience in the way these are translated, extracting terminology, creating term banks?

Anyway whatever your reason maybe, good luck in your research.
