My oldest supporter Mar 9, 2011

I used LISA standard services for many years and observed its infrequent update these days. This shutdown may indicate to Internet users that change in computing technology and service styles can be "red flags" on coming instability of organizations your have been contacting [and never observe its corporate stability in other manners].

Sloppy reporting Mar 9, 2011

The article clearly wasn't fact-checked. It even got the name of the organization wrong: the L in LISA stands for "Localization," not "Language."

What the organization actually announced is that as of February 28 it is insolvent, but it is "exploring ways to continue the association's good works for the industry." There is a page on the website where people can register to get updates on the status of these efforts.
